Data submitted through the website

When the contact form is active, we receive your name, telephone number, message and, if provided, email address and preferred location. The callback form sends your name and telephone number. We use this information to answer your enquiry and communicate before a possible appointment. Consent requested in the form relates to this communication and does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.

Do not use the general forms to send medical records, identity documents or sensitive health information. Data needed for consultation and treatment is collected separately by the clinic under the law and with respect for medical confidentiality.

Transmission, access and retention

The website forms send enquiries by email to the address configured by the clinic; the DENTAURUM module does not create a database of these messages. Hosting and email providers may process data needed to deliver their services. Access to enquiries should be limited to those handling them. Messages are retained as long as necessary to address the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us for information about a specific enquiry.

Technical data such as IP addresses and browser information may be processed to operate and secure the website. Google Maps managed by the preferences module load after you accept Functional cookies and maps. At that point, Google may receive technical data, including your IP address. Cookie preferences and optional services

Your choice of optional categories is stored in your browser in the dentaurum_consent cookie for 180 days. It contains preferences, the date of your choice and the notice version, but no name, phone number or unique identifier. Analytics and marketing are optional categories; if these services are used, resources integrated with the consent mechanism load according to your choice. Cookie consent is separate from a contact request and medical consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent already used to load services reloads the page. Data held by providers and cookies from other domains can also be managed through browser settings or by contacting the provider.

Your rights

Under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where applicable, exercise rights to object and data portability. You may withdraw consent for the future; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Some data must be retained where a legal obligation applies.
